Jennifer Joseph, LMSW
Jennifer Joseph is our Clinical Training Specialist; in this role, she provides training to all of our interventionists at IJRD who deliver clinical services to research participants. Joseph joined IJRD as a Research and Assessment Specialist on our Texas team where she conducted research interviews with 5-Key Model participants during the last months of their incarceration and in the community as they left incarceration and returned home. Prior to her employment with IJRD, Joseph worked as a therapist in an inpatient psychiatric hospital where she provided clinical services to vulnerable and differing populations. Joseph is passionate about improving outcomes for individuals with incarceration histories by helping them to develop and maintain well-being.
Joseph holds a Bachelor of Social Work degree from Texas Woman's University and a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Texas at Arlington.
