She is a passionate advocate for those leaving incarceration and returning home; she works tirelessly to enact criminal justice reform in her home town of Tallahassee, Florida.
McCray is employed by the City of Tallahassee as the Assistant to the City Manager and serves on the boards of several local service organizations helping those in need. She is committed to community service and understands the inner workings of government.
