Rachel Palicte, BS
Rachel Palicte brings a wealth of behavioral health expertise. Palicte served as an Assistant Facility Manager for a Rehabilitation Group Home for juvenile adolescent males and a Mental Competency Trainer for adults and juveniles deemed incompetent to stand trial in California. She also has experience in the global impact entrepreneurship sector, where she served as a Project Coordinator. These experiences realized her deep passion for the development of people, processes, and systems reform. Palicte's passion for working with incarcerated individuals began during her studies when she volunteered at the Pendleton Correctional Facility and was able to see people as people - no labels attached.
Palicte holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Family Science from Anderson University.
