Rachelle Burque, MS
Rachelle Burque is the Trauma Informed Care Interventionist on a reentry project being conducted with adults releasing from the John E. Polk Correctional Facility in Seminole County Florida. In this role, Burque will deliver trauma-informed care services to young adult both in jail and in the community after their release. Burque has extensive experience conducting individual and group interventions among adolescents and adults experiencing behavioral health crises in an inpatient setting. Burque also worked with the United States Air Force to prepare service members for deployment and help service members transition back home. Burque currently provides trauma-informed emotional regulation interventions to adolescents and adults in private practice.
Burque holds a Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Psychology from Troy University in Alabama.
