Sierra Ross, BSW
Sierra Ross is a Research and Assessment Specialist on a reentry project being conducted with adults releasing from the John E. Polk Correctional Facility in Seminole County Florida. Prior to joining IJRD, Ross was the Guardian Ad Litem Volunteer Coordinator for the Legal Aid Society of the OCBA, Inc. Ross has extensive experience helping young adults overcome mental health obstacles and develop well-being. Ross is passionate about volunteer service; she previously served with AmeriCorps and is a recent graduate of Public Allies Central Florida.
Ross holds a Bachelor of Social Work degree from Savannah State University and is currently pursuing a Juris Master with a concentration in Healthcare Regulation at the Florida State University College of Law.
