Silvia Obregon, MSW
Silvia Obregon has experience working full-time with the Seminole Tribe of Florida on their Hollywood Reservation in the Tribal Court. Obregon completed a completed a graduate-level internship with mothers involved in dependency and drug cases at the inpatient Susan B. Anthony Recovery Center in Pembroke Pines, Florida. She also interned as a forensic social worker in the dependency division’s social services unit at the Office of Criminal Conflict and Civil Regional Counsel for the Fourth District of Florida in Broward County. Obregon is passionate about helping families navigate the criminal justice system, ensuring due process, and reducing return to incarceration after release.
Obregon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in both Criminology and Sociology and a Master of Social Work degree, all from the Florida State University.
