Lauren Henderson joins IJRD as a Research Technician on our Tallahassee team. During her undergraduate studies and internship with DISC Village’s Civil Citation program, Henderson learned about mass incarceration and the devastating effects incarceration has on individuals, families, and communities. Henderson is passionate about criminal justice system reform and trauma-informed reentry programs for those who have left incarceration and returned home.  

Henderson holds a Bachelor of Social Work degree and is currently pursuing a Master of Social Work degree at Florida State University.
