Melanie O'Neill-Galan is a Research and Assessment Specialist with IJRD. I have 11+ years in the behavioral health field working with diverse populations. A large portion of my work was in Psychiatric Rehabilitation both clinically and directing a community based program. I am currently a second year master's student at Nova Southeastern University, and hold a B.S in Psychology from The University of Central Florida. My professional and educational experience continues to fuel my passion in advocacy for underserved populations promoting mental wellness and equity in care.
